Pumudi Vidanagama is an experienced Project Manager currently at Aeturnum since August 2021, specializing in end-to-end project management with a focus on Scrum practices and budget management. Concurrently, Pumudi serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the Informatics Institute of Technology, supervising final year research for the Business Information Systems Degree Program. Previously, Pumudi held the role of Project Manager at Virtusa from July 2017 to August 2021, managing diverse project teams and fostering high performance through effective communication and mentorship. Pumudi's career began as a Business Analyst at Virtusa, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation. Pumudi holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster and an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
