Youssef Tannous is an experienced Project Manager and Customer Support Specialist Manager with a strong background in managing customer relationships and project execution. Currently serving in dual roles at Yuvo and Novelus since April 2020, Youssef is responsible for identifying customer needs, managing support contracts, and overseeing the delivery of services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Platform Engineer at Alfa, where expertise in core and V.A.S. systems was developed, and as a Technical Sales Engineer at Middle East Packaging Equipment. Youssef holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Holly Spirit University - Kaslik.
