Pranitha Thyle has a range of work experience in HR and recruitment. Pranitha most recently held the position of Senior HR Lead at International Justice Mission since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter at Cisco from September 2019 to February 2022, and at Morgan Stanley from April 2016 to May 2019. Pranitha also has experience as a Staffing Specialist at Goldman Sachs from January 2013 to June 2015 and as a Recruitment Executive at Microland from October 2011 to December 2012.

Pranitha Thyle completed their high school education at Baldwin Girls High School from 1991 to 2002. Pranitha then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from Sri Venkateswara University between 2009 and 2011.
