Nia Thompson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management, community engagement, and youth empowerment. Currently serving as the Culture and Community Engagement Associate at Alliance for Girls, Nia has successfully led multiple projects, developed curriculum, and ensured program compliance. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Peers Envisioning and Engaging in Recovery Services, where Nia spearheaded the Transitional Age Youth Program, and Organizing and Action Fellow at Eye to Eye National. Additional experience encompasses program facilitation, outreach coordination, and retail management. Nia holds an educational background that includes attendance at San Francisco State University and California State University, Long Beach.
