Rutie Parizer has been working in the Human Resources field since 1997. Rutie started their career at IBM as a Human Resources Manager in 1997. In 2005, they moved to IDC Herzliya as a Program Manager. From 2007 to 2010, they were Self Employed as a Business Mentor. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at BST Group as a Human Resources Executive. Finally, since 2017, they have been working at Alumot Invetsments House as a Human Resources Director. Since 2019, they have been working at InsidePacket, Inc as a VP of HR.

Rutie Parizer has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology from Northeastern University.
