Sybille Payer has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Sybille started their career at Buchhaus Wittwer as the Head of Department in Economics/Law and worked as a Vocational Trainer from 1992 to 1998. Sybille then joined Daimler AG as an intern in Corporate Communication/Web based Media from September 2000 to March 2001. After that, they joined Bosch and took on different roles such as IT Project Manager from 2002 to 2005, Vocational Training from 2005 to 2008, and Human Resources & Organizational Development from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Bosch as part of the Corporate Bosch Training Center, focusing on Leadership Development. Currently, Sybille Payer is the Head of Human Resources Development for ETAS, a position they have held since December 2014.
Sybille Payer completed a 2-year training program at fortbildung1.de in Stuttgart, where they earned a certificate as a Systemic Coach specializing in coaching, organizational development, and supervision. Sybille then pursued their studies at Stuttgart Media University from 1998 to 2002, obtaining a diploma in Information Management. Prior to that, they completed a vocational training at Buchhandlung Herder to become a certified retail bookseller.
