Crystal Bilhorn, PHR, has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Watlow since July 2006. Crystal has held various roles within Watlow, including HR Manager for Talent and Organizational Development, Senior HR Specialist focusing on Organizational Development and Talent Development, and Human Resources Specialist in Learning and Development. Prior to Watlow, Crystal worked as an Executive Assistant at Shoreline Gas, LLC, and as a Fine Art Sales and Import Production Assistant at Wyland Galleries/Charlotte Russe Corporate Office. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
