Aromal Sugathan is a skilled professional in the technology sector with a strong background in presales and technical support. Currently serving as the Presales & Support Lead at Infoavana Technologies Private Limited since April 2024, Aromal previously held the position of Senior Technical Lead at Prodapt from January 2021 to November 2023, working extensively with Cisco Systems on the Cisco Black Belt Academy project. Aromal also contributed at Cisco in multiple roles, including Enterprise Networking Content BDM and Enterprise Networking Validation BDM, focusing on content development and validation for the Cisco Black Belt Academy.
