Jose Araujo is an experienced Customer Service Specialist currently employed at Symplast since March 2020. Previously, Jose worked at Nova Point of Sale from July 2014 to 2020 as a Customer Care/Customer Relations Specialist, providing technical support for software and hardware through remote access and troubleshooting various devices, including IP cameras, printers, and routers. Jose holds an Associate’s Degree from Miami Dade College (2009-2011) and a high school diploma in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from William H Turner Technical Arts High School (2003-2007).
