Bounthavy Janetvilay has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure support, currently serving as Manager of Client Platforms at both CereCore and Parallon Technology Solutions since 2019 and 2017, respectively. Previously, Bounthavy held multiple managerial and engineering roles at HCA, focusing on service availability and consulting systems engineering, as well as working as a Systems Engineer III at Gaylord Entertainment. With a foundational background as a Systems Administrator at Thompson Machinery and military experience as a Cavalry Scout in the US Army and Tennessee Army National Guard, Bounthavy has developed a strong expertise in Citrix environments and virtualization. Bounthavy holds an MBA in IT Management from Western Governors University and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University.
