Robert Leddon has four years of professional work experience. From 2018 to present, they have been employed as a Project Manager at Indoor Air Professionals, Inc. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Lead Tech at Stanley Steemer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing strategies for property cleanup in the event of flood, fire, mold, and trauma loss, as well as working with insurance companies, adjusters, and homeowners to provide the most efficient services possible. Robert was also responsible for "scoping" losses, as well as writing estimates for these losses, as well as repair estimates. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Security Officer at Amherst Security Professionals. From 2012 to 2013, they were a CAD Draftsman at InTomes Technical Services, Inc.

Robert Leddon has a diverse education history. In 2010, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from Erie Community College in Architecture. From 2012 to 2018, they obtained certifications from IICRC in ASD, WRT, Contents, and Trauma scene cleanup. From 2015 to 2018, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bryant & Stratton College. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained an ASCS certification from NADCA in air duct cleaning. Finally, in 2020, they obtained an HSC from IICRC in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician.
