Hyatt M. Glenn has had a diverse work experience in the construction industry. In 2021, they worked as a Field Superintendent for Habitat for Humanity International for a year, overseeing construction projects. In 2023, they joined Summit Line Construction as a Project Manager, handling various project responsibilities for six months. They then transitioned to Stratton and Bratt LLC as a Project Engineer, where they are currently employed.

Hyatt M. Glenn completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Brigham Young University from 2018 to 2024.
