Tim M. has extensive work experience starting from 1996. Tim started as a Site Supervisor with Unicco Integrated Facilities Services and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Chief Engineer with the Peabody Hotel Group, where they managed Maintenance Mechanic Department and participated in advanced project planning. After that, they worked as a Facilities Manager with IBERIABANK. In 2007, they joined WW Contractors as the Executive VP of Operations and provided strategic oversight to Operations & Maintenance contracts for 5 federal facilities. Tim worked with Sarai Investment Corporation/ Sarai Services Group as Vice President Quality Assurance, providing leadership to the quality assurance department. Their most recent job was with Katmai Government Services, where they worked as a Program Manager overseeing program planning, budgeting, and execution. Currently, Tim works as a Project Manager with King & George, LLC.

Tim M. completed a certificate program in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology (HVACR) at Quincy Technical College from 1990 to 1991. Prior to that, they attended Hannibal Senior High and graduated with a High School diploma or certificate in 1989.
