Sean Lofthouse is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in analog integrated circuit design. Currently serving as an Analog IC Senior Principal Design Engineer at indie Semiconductor since November 2021, Lofthouse previously worked at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. as a Staff Electrical Engineer, following the acquisition of Silicon Labs' business unit. Over a 16-year tenure at Silicon Labs, contributions included designing operational amplifiers and user-programmable voltage clamps and leading electronic solution implementations. Lofthouse's career began at Agilent Technologies, holding roles from Lead Electrical Design Engineer to Test/Manufacturing Engineer, with achievements in oscillator performance characterization and improvements in production test processes. Lofthouse holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, along with degrees in electrical engineering from Utah State University and a Master’s level management program at The University of Texas at Austin.
