Caitlin Rouse Philippi is a Process Development Etch Engineer at NY CREATES since October 2023, previously working as a Plasma Etch Process Engineer at Tokyo Electron US from March 2018 to October 2023. With a PhD in Nanoscale Engineering, as well as a Master's degree in the same field from the University at Albany, Caitlin's experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the College of Nanotechnology, Science, and Engineering at UAlbany, where responsibilities encompassed designing germanium infrared detectors, simulating devices, and characterizing materials. Caitlin's early experience includes an internship at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, focusing on semiconductor laser design and simulation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the State University of New York Cortland.
