Kimberly Keller is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a People Experience Partner at Independence Australia since January 2023. Previously, Kimberly held multiple roles at Factory X from June 2004 to November 2022, including HR & Payroll Manager, Legal Coordinator, and Web Development Team Manager. In the capacity of HR & Payroll Manager, Kimberly was responsible for overseeing payroll operations, managing HR functions, and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to Factory X, Kimberly gained experience as Client Support Manager at Baycorp Advantage and Team Leader National IT at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, among other positions. Kimberly has demonstrated a commitment to continuous education with postgraduate certifications in Human Resources Management, Leadership, and specialized training in workplace investigations and mental health.
