Tamika Baker has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tamika began their career at American Engineering Services as a Human Resource & Administration Coordinator, where they managed onboarding and offboarding activities and administered company benefit plans. Tamika then transitioned to Doosan Hydro Technology when American Engineering Services was acquired, serving as a Human Resource Manager. In 2008, they joined Hillsborough Kids, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, a role they held until 2012. Currently, Tamika is serving as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Envision Healthcare, a position they have held since 2013.

Tamika Baker obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Queens University of Charlotte between 1996 and 2000. Tamika also obtained a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute in January 2007.
