Richard Guidoux has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Richard is currently the VP and Chief Information & Product Security Officer for B2B activities at IDEMIA, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the VP and Chief Information & Product Security Officer for Digital Platforms & Solutions at IDEMIA from September 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining IDEMIA, Richard worked at Thales Digital Factory as the Chief Security Officer from October 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for securing Thales Digital Platforms and related services, with a focus on innovation. Their responsibilities included governance, risk assessment, DevSecOps, pentests, SOC, and managing security teams.

Richard also has experience working at Carrefour France, where they served as the Regional CISO focused on governance from April 2012 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of CISO with a business-oriented focus from October 2008 to March 2012. At Carrefour France, their responsibilities involved defining and implementing security strategies and programs, risk management, and business continuity planning.

Earlier in their career, Richard held positions at Orange as the CISO deputy from 2006 to 2008, Devoteam - Apogée Communications as a Senior Security Consultant from 2004 to 2006, SMS Net Mobile as a Technical Manager from 2003 to 2004, and NET2S as a Security Consultant specializing in the banking domain from 1999 to 2003.

Richard Guidoux, CISM, CISSP has a Master's degree in Telecom from Télécom Paris, which they attained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Eseo from 1993 to 1998, earning a degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Richard has obtained several certifications, including CISM from ISACA in 2008 and CISSP from (ISC)² in 2005. Richard also holds certifications in ISO27001 Lead Implementer from LSTI in 2007 and ISO27001 Lead Auditor from LSTI in 2013. Richard is also currently pursuing the SECUINDUS certification from LSTI.
