Felipe Massa currently serves as Associate Professor and Grossman Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship at the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business since July 2023 and also teaches at The Idea Village as an instructor for the IDEAinstitute from March 2019. Prior to this, Massa was the Faculty Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development at Loyola University New Orleans for eleven years, where contributions included managing curriculum and playing a key role in elevating the entrepreneurship program to a national ranking. Earlier academic positions included roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Management at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Massa's professional background also encompasses experience as a Reporting Specialist at Citrix Systems and an Assistant Banker at BankBoston. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and an MS in Organization Studies from Boston College, as well as a BBA in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration from the University of Miami.
