Dawn Galloway, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Accounting at IAC since May 2023. With extensive experience in accounting, Galloway previously held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Spotify from March 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing real estate leases under IFRS 16, overseeing internal controls, and providing project management leadership for month-end close optimizations. Galloway's earlier roles include Financial Reporting Manager and Business Integration Manager at AppNexus, where Galloway managed month-end close cycles, prepared consolidated financial statements, and facilitated finance integrations for strategic acquisitions. Additional experience includes working as an Experienced Associate at The Siegfried Group, Senior Accountant at MF Global, and Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Galloway holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University, obtained in 2007.
