Mitali Barbhai has over 18 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Manager of Finance at Rhythm & Hues since November 2004. In this role, Mitali is responsible for preparing annual budgets, cash forecasts, and various management reports while ensuring the comparison of actual versus budgeted figures and collaborating with relevant departments. Prior to this, Mitali worked as an Accountant at Shristi Entertainment Pvt Ltd from July 2002 to October 2004, where responsibilities included maintaining day-to-day accounts, handling petty cash, managing bank interactions, and scrutinizing ledger accounts. Mitali holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Mumbai, obtained between 1996 and 2000, and completed education at Canossa Convent High School from 1983 to 1993.
