Grzegorz Zur is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Senior HR Manager EMEA for Corporate Functions & Performance Products at Huntsman Corporation since March 2024. Prior to this role, Grzegorz held various leadership positions at Philip Morris International from 2007 to 2023, including Head of Hub Delivery in Krakow, overseeing extensive employee care, payroll delivery, and organizational management across multiple markets. In addition, Grzegorz has a strong background in HR operations, resource planning, and compensation and benefits, having managed teams across regions and developed HR strategies that support diverse employee needs. Grzegorz holds a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Krakow University of Economics and has pursued further education in strategic management and business.
