Amanda O'Malley has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Counseling Intern at Daytop Village Inc. In 2011, they became a Graduate Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University and held this position until 2013. During their time at Fairleigh Dickinson University, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology from 2015 to 2022. In 2008, they worked as a Research Consultant at Seton Hall University until 2012. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst at Applied Skills and Knowledge until 2013. In 2013, they joined Croda and held various roles including Learning and Development Specialist, HR Manager, HR Manager - Manufacturing Sites, Senior HR Partner, and currently serves as the HR Director.
Amanda O'Malley obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology Honors from Seton Hall University in 2010. In 2013, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-College at Florham. Additionally, they took Intermediate Spanish 1 & 2 courses at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR in 2008.
