Megan Hickman is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hunter Water since January 2019, Megan previously held roles including Group Manager - Human Resources at Management Resource Solutions from July 2017 to November 2018 and Manager of Human Resources at MRS Services Group. Earlier experience includes a consultancy role as HR Lead for the University of Newcastle transition at Transfield Services and a long tenure at BHP Billiton as Human Resources Manager, managing multiple HR functions.
