Gary Lester, CPM, CM, currently serves as a Project Manager and Implementation Consultant at Systems & Software since June 2022. Prior to this role, Gary held the position of Revenue Collections Manager at the City of Irving from December 2018 to June 2022 and was the Revenue Manager at the City of Rowlett from July 2009 to December 2018, where Gary led a team of up to 16 employees to enhance revenue operations. Gary also served as Meter Services Supervisor at the City of Plano and worked as a Maintenance Technician and Installation Lead at Builders Blinds. Gary earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Management from the University of North Texas between 2014 and 2015.
