Penny McNally has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they worked at House 337 as a Project Manager starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Junior Project Manager at ENGINE UK from January 2021 to October 2022.

Before their time at ENGINE UK, Penny held multiple positions at Eurostar.
