Lea Kelly is currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Strategy & Business Operations for Cybersecurity & Technology at CVS Health since 2024. Prior to this role, Lea held the position of Director of Business Operations at the Center for Internet Security in 2023 and Manager of Business Operations, IT & Information Security Strategy & Operations at Twitter from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Lea spent nearly a decade at Visa from 2013 to 2022 as the Manager of Cybersource Merchant & Acquirer Processing Product Development, where Lea also led various Employee Resource Groups, including the Visa Asian Employee Network, Visa Black Employees, and Women in Technology. Lea holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and completed the Business Executive Program at the UW Foster School of Business.
