Diego Otero currently serves as an Analista de Asuntos Corporativos y Comunicaciones at HEINEKEN Panamá since November 2022. Prior to this role, Diego was an Oficial de Comunicaciones at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from March to September 2022, responsible for creating public relations materials and managing social media for the embassy. Diego's extensive experience at Copa Airlines spanned over twelve years, including roles as an External Communications Analyst, Internal Communications Analyst, Technical Writer, and Cabin Crew, with responsibilities ranging from the creation of public relations materials to the preparation of technical documentation and ensuring passenger safety. Diego's early career included serving as a Prefect at Maur Hill-Mount Academy, focusing on the well-being and mentorship of dorm students. Diego holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with majors in Theatre and Mass Communications from Benedictine College and an International Film Certificate from Universidad Latina de Panamá.
