Priya Balachandran is an accomplished professional with a diverse portfolio of roles in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Informuta, Executive in Residence at UCSF, and Co-Founder of Atzeyo Biosensors, Priya brings a wealth of expertise in translational technology development and commercialization as an advisor to UCSF Innovation Ventures. Additionally, Priya holds directorial and advisory positions at multiple organizations, including the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council and Applied Silver, Inc. With previous leadership roles at Sandstone Diagnostics, Inc. and Tecan Genomics, along with a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Priya is dedicated to fostering innovation and guiding companies through complex challenges in the healthcare landscape.
