Elodie Gourmet currently serves as the Country Manager for Belgium at Lazeo since June 2023. Prior to this role, Elodie was the Retail Manager for the Belgian own-shops at Confiserie Leonidas S.A. from November 2017 to December 2022. Elodie also held the position of District Manager and Visual Manager for Belgium at Benetton Group from December 2011 to November 2017. Elodie holds a Master’s degree in Sociology-Anthropology from Université libre de Bruxelles and has completed various certifications, including team coaching and leadership training at the University of Cambridge in June 2023 and a general management certificate from Ichec Brussels Management School in 2016.
