Surya initially joined the company in 2008 as a C&B Officer/Supervisor, quickly advancing to C&B Junior Manager in 2011. Gunung Sewu Kencana from 2000 to 2008, where responsibilities included designing networking schemes and managing IT operations for around 150 users.
