Vishal Paul has several years of work experience in various roles. Vishal started their career in 2013 as a Project Manager at Forren Technologies, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Manager at CADD Campus. In 2015, they joined New Initiatives in Higher Education, Department of Higher Education, Government of Kerala as a Programme Manager, where they still work. In 2018, Vishal joined Growing Stars Inc as an Education Manager.

Vishal Paul completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from LBS College of Engineering kasaragod, Kerala. Vishal attended this institution from 2009 to 2013.

Prior to that, Vishal Paul completed their higher secondary education in Science from St. Joseph's H.S.S, Kodanchery. Vishal attended this school from 2004 to 2008.
