Malu Schloss is an experienced professional in instructional design and technical communication with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at TrainingPros since January 2013, Malu collaborates with organizations to identify consulting needs and enlist qualified professionals for learning and development projects. As the Principal of Learning Solutions Online, Inc. since 1995, Malu has led eLearning design and documentation for major clients, including Bank of America and JP Morgan. In addition, Malu holds leadership roles in professional organizations such as the Society for Technical Communication, where responsibilities include managing the STC TechComm Competition, and serves as Co-chair of the Performance Support SIG at ATD NYC. Previous experience includes senior roles in learning and development at Bank of America, Fordham University, and Marsh, among others. Malu holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology from New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Arts in Social Industrial Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines.
