Chaille Hymes, M.Ed., currently serves as the Executive Director of Lone Star Online Academy @ Roscoe at Stride, Inc. since June 2022. With a robust educational background, including a Master's in Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead, Chaille has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles in online education. Previously, Chaille held the position of Principal/Executive Director at Colorado Connections Academy, where strategic planning and data-driven decision-making led to significant school growth from 1,500 to 5,000 students. Chaille's earlier roles include K-8 Assistant Principal and Elementary Lead Teacher, emphasizing professional development, online lesson development, and support for new teachers transitioning to online education.
