Violet Baker has extensive work experience in the food industry. Violet currently holds the position of Vice President of Research, Development and Technology at Greenleaf Foods since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Research, Development and Technology at Greenleaf Foods from March 2020 to September 2020.
Before joining Greenleaf Foods, Violet worked at Maple Leaf Foods Inc for over a decade. Violet also gained early experience in the food industry during their time at Kraft Foods Group as a Food Technologist Co-op from May 2005 to August 2005. Violet later continued their co-op experience as a Food Technologist Co-op at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from September 2006 to August 2007.
Violet Baker attended the University of Guelph from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Food Science Co-op.
