Craig Weitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Research and Development for PepsiCo, overseeing operations in Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, Craig has held various leadership roles, including Sr. R&D Director for Sub-Sahara Africa and Sr. Director of R&D for Global Grains at Quaker, focusing on the nutrition category. Additionally, Craig is the owner of Club Kahuna Volleyball and previously worked as an R&D Technical Manager at PepsiCo International. Craig Weitz holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
