Mary Howard is a Senior Food Scientist at HJ Heinz, where expertise lies in the product development of frozen soups, shelf-stable sauces, and frozen snacks, a role held since July 2010. Prior to this position, Mary served as a Quality Control Manager at Colteryahn Dairy from June 2009 until July 2010. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Penn State University, earned in 2009.
