Krzysztof Kotarski is an experienced IT and project management professional with a diverse background in technology operations and team leadership. Currently serving as Site IT Lead at Gousto since September 2021, Krzysztof is responsible for the delivery, operation, and enhancement of technology at the site, acting as the key contact for all technical issues while collaborating closely with site operations and management. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Project Manager and UAT Test Lead Analyst at XPO Logistics, Inc., where Krzysztof contributed to a major warehouse management system replacement program. Additionally, during a tenure from August 2008 to May 2017 at Norbert Dentressangle UK, Krzysztof led and developed a team of warehouse staff to optimize performance and operational effectiveness.
