Tricia Higgins is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois since 2021. Previously, Tricia held the position of Assistant Director at Marion County Housing Authority from 2017 to 2020 and served as the Communications and Development Manager at Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois from 2008 to 2017. Tricia holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from McKendree University, which was completed from 1994 to 1998.
