Gvantsa Mkheidze has a strong background in procurement, starting as a Procurement Officer at ENKA Ä°nÅŸaat ve Sanayi A.Åž. Engineering for a better future in 2016. Gvantsa then moved on to GEPHA, where they held roles such as Procurement Specialist, Procurement Manager, and eventually became the Head of the non-commercial procurement department. Their experience spans from 2016 to the present day, showcasing their expertise in procurement management and leadership.

Gvantsa Mkheidze earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Georgian American University - GAU, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015.
