Abhijit Agate has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Abhijit started their career as an Intern Project Engineer at NV Michel Van de Wiele, where they evaluated existing technology and developed a new electronic prototype for carpet manufacturing machines. Abhijit then worked at Tech Mahindra as a Technical Associate, leading projects and resolving crisis incidents on operational client systems. As a Team Leader and Project Manager at Tech Mahindra, they managed hardware installations, launched web-based ordering systems, and supported bidding activities for new projects. Abhijit also worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Unilever and as a Full-time MBA Student at INSEAD. Abhijit later joined Allergan, where they held various roles, including Commercial Strategy Manager, Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy, and Director of Commercial Strategy & Pricing. In these roles, they designed strategic planning tools, developed pricing models, and provided business planning and operational support. After Allergan, they joined Teoxane Laboratories as the Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics, overseeing marketing operations and data analytics. Currently, Abhijit is the Director of Commercial Strategy & Pricing at LivaNova.

Abhijit Agate completed their MBA in Management and Business Administration from INSEAD in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics from the University of Mumbai between 1999 and 2003.
