Tony Pompa has a diverse work experience. Tony started their career as President of General Assembly in 1993, where they held a leadership position. Later, in 2011, they became a Trustee at Arlington Independent School District for a period of three years. Additionally, in 2013, they took on the role of a Republican Candidate for Texas Senate District 10 for eight months. Finally, they worked as a Supplier at The Home Depot from 1993 to 2013.

Tony Pompa attended St. Edward's University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
