Jeremy Hardy is a seasoned professional in property management with over 15 years of experience across various sectors, including residential, self-storage, and hospitality services. Currently, as the Business Owner of Golden Bear Property LLC since January 2019, Jeremy oversees a range of property management services. Previously, as the Director of Operations at Presbyterian Home for Children from January 2017 to April 2021, responsibilities included managing housing programs and campus operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Regional Property Manager and Property Manager at Barber Properties, and AudioVisual Assistant at Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University, along with real estate coursework and a certification as a Mortgage Field Service Inspector.
