Sven Landbeck is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as Customer Success Manager at GBG Plc since May 2020, where responsibilities include client support, needs identification, and the development of customer retention strategies. As a Co-Host for the podcast "Daten aus den Quadraten" since October 2022, Sven engages audiences with insights and information about the local area and various topics of interest. Prior to this, Sven held the position of Sales Manager at Fidu Brands from July 2018 to May 2020, focusing on both B2B and B2C customer acquisition in the DACH region. Sven's earlier career includes roles in customer service and key account management with FRAPORT SKYLINERS from March 2008 to June 2018. Sven obtained a Magister Artium degree in Sport Sciences, Educational Sciences, and Psychology from the University of Koblenz and Landau between 2004 and 2011.
