Marc Werner is the CEO of Galenica since April 2020 and serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for both MediService AG and Coop Vitality AG, highlighting involvement in joint ventures with Shop Apotheke Europa AG and Coop, respectively. Additionally, Marc Werner holds similar board positions at Well Gesundheit AG and AD Swiss Net AG. Active participation in the GIRP - European Healthcare Distribution Association, gfm – Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Marketing, and other organizations demonstrates a strong commitment to the healthcare and marketing sectors. Prior to current roles, extensive experience was gained at Swisscom AG, culminating in positions as Head of Sales & Service and Head Consumer Business. Education credentials include advanced executive programs from Harvard Business School and IMD, along with several degrees in marketing and management.
