Robert Gardner has extensive experience in operations and training within the food industry. Since August 2016, Robert has worked at Ruiz Foods in a bakery role while simultaneously serving as Operations Development Manager at Cargill and FPL Food LLC since April 2016 and November 2011, respectively. At FPL Food, Robert oversees and implements training programs, as well as prepares written work instructions for hourly positions. Previously, Robert held positions at Pilgrim's as Night Shift Superintendent and Continuous Improvement Advisor, and at Gold Kist Inc. as a Product/Process Specialist. Robert's career began with the South Carolina Army National Guard, where telecommunications skills were developed. Robert holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and has furthered education through institutions such as Central Carolina Tech College and BRC Academy.
