Fay Suphaphian has over 15 years of experience in various roles. In 2001, they began their career as a Personal Loan Officer at EASY BUY Public Company Limited. Fay then moved to True Corporation in 2002 as a Sales Consultant. In 2003, they became the Manager at Nibbana LLC. After a year, they began an internship as a Human Resources Coordinator at Westin Hotel Seattle. Fay then joined Amazon in 2007 as a Sr. Account Analyst. In 2010, they became an Account Executive at PATA. In 2013, they were a Customer Due Diligence (Contractor) at Standard Chartered Bank. In 2014, they were a Supervisor at Cup Cow Incorporated. Fay then joined SmilePOS in 2015 as the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning, a Strategic Planning Manager, and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.

Fay Suphaphian received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from City University of Seattle in 2006, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Fay also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kasetsart University, also in Business Administration and Management, General.
