Robert Hayes is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as the Manager of Public Charging Customer Experience at Ford Motor Company since October 2013. In this role, Robert focuses on enhancing the public charging experience for Ford's electric vehicle customers, ensuring confidence in all-electric road trips. Robert's career at Ford includes roles such as Electrification Strategy Planning, Core HVAC Engineer, Mustang Vehicle Integration Engineer, and HVAC Design and Release Engineer, contributing to innovative solutions and the launch of new vehicle models. Prior to Ford, Robert worked as a Test Engineer Co-Op at Valeo and an Inspector at Aktrion Logistics Management. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
