Blanka Nagy is currently working as a Customer Happiness Agent at FOND OF GmbH. Prior to this, Blanka worked at Kapten & Son as a Customer Service Agent. Blanka also has experience as a Student Assistant in the Neuropsychological Department at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, a Neuropsychology Intern at Uniklinik Köln, and a Marketing Research Intern at Renault Deutschland AG. Blanka holds a Master of Science in Neurocognitive Psychology from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln.
