Daniel Schuster is a seasoned professional in regulatory compliance and legal affairs, currently serving as Director of Product Regulatory Compliance at Fiserv since March 2023, following a role as Regulatory Compliance Manager. Prior experience includes a Compliance Analyst position at Prudential Global Investment Management, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with SEC Marketing Rules and developing compliance training initiatives. From July 2012 to October 2020, Daniel held the role of Investigator 2 at the State of New Jersey's Department of Banking and Insurance, leading the development of licensing procedures for student loan servicers and reviewing company license applications.
